Ordering
Please give as much detail as possible
When ordering, we need to know a few things before we can give you a quote, so please provide the following in your message:
The exact date of the event.
What you'd like (e.g. a wedding cake, birthday cake, dessert table, cookies, cupcakes).
How many portions you'd like. If you're unsure of the exact number of guests attending, an approximation is fine.
The design of the cake. Please email up to three images of designs you've seen and like, and we'll do our best to make something unique based on those images. If you don't have a design in mind, we can design something for you.
Flavours. We have a menu of flavours for our clients to choose from, however, if you'd like something off-menu, we'll do our best to make that for you. Please be aware that we are a nut free kitchen.
Any allergies or intolerances we need to know. Whilst we are a nut free kitchen, some items used have a 'may contain' warning. It's incredibly important that we know of any allergies before the order is placed. We use gluten/wheat in all of our baked goods, so we unfortunately cannot cater to those with coeliac disease, due to the incredibly high risk of cross contamination. Vegan cakes are made using dedicated equipment, ingredients and tools, and are prepared in a separate area from non-vegan items.
We prefer to be contacted via email, so there's a traceable record of your order for us both to refer back to.

Classes start from £120 for a three hour, hands on lesson.
We're teaching everything, from basic buttercream techniques to creating fully structured masterpieces.

Back to basics
In this lesson, you'll spend 3 hours with Chloe, learning how to fill, ganache, buttercream coat, and finish a 6 inch cake.
This will be a simple and unique design every time, and you get to take your wonderful creation home with you to share with your friends and family, to show what you've learned.

"The thing with fondant is..."
This class is all about fondant/sugarpaste.
You'll learn how to prepare a cake for covering, how to cover a cake perfectly, tricks to get that gorgeous sharp edge, the ways sugarpaste behaves, and modelling figures.
At the end of the 5 hour session, you'll have a fully decorated sugarpaste covered cake to take home with you.

Structure masterclass
This class is for more advanced cake makers looking to learn the ins and outs of a structured cake.
Chloe will teach you the best kept trade secrets on how to create internal structures, provide enough support for large cakes, how to keep it upright, carving of the cake, covering, and transport tips.
This lesson is spread across two days, and is a total of 10 hours.
9am until 2pm. First class on Saturday, second class on Sunday.
